We are interested in potentially responding to a tender for training in systematic reviews for chemical risk assessment, but only fulfil certain aspects of the tender requirements and would therefore be looking to either establish or join a consortium bid. Is it possible to find out who EFSA believes is likely to bid, if that doesn't contravene the rules of the tender process, so we can narrow down whom we approach?

The participation in this procurement procedure is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons. For this reason and given the procurement principle of equal treatment, EFSA is not in the practical (we don’t know the other tenderers’ names) or legal position to reply to your question.
