What is the evidence requested for the selection criteria?

The evidence requested for the selection criteria under section 2.3 is as follows: - Section 2.3A Economic & Financial Capacity, a completed annex 5 – “simplified financial statement” to be provided for all consortium partners and subcontractors proposed in the offer (as stated on p.10 tender specifications) - Section 2.3B Technical & Professional Capacity a completed annex 6 – “declaration on honour on selection criteria”. If your offer includes consortium partners or subcontractors, separate annex 6 forms are required for the consortium partners / subcontractors only if the capacity of those consortium partners/subcontractors is necessary to satisfy the minimum capacity requirements (as stated on p.11 tender specifications) i.e. if the lead organisation meets the capacity requirements without reliance on consortium partners or subcontractors, only one completed annex 6 should be submitted by the leading organisation.
