Where do we find the Administrative Identification Form referred to in part 3 of the tender specifications? How can we generate it?

The Administrative Identification Form referred to in part 3 of the tender specifications (p.16) is to be generated using the e-Submission platform by clicking “Qualification”-> “Identification of the tenderer” under the section “Documents/Generate pre-filled documents”. Please be aware that, unlike the Legal Entity Form and Financial Entity Form, this form has to be generated using the e-Submission platform.
