Financial offer - Account Manager
Question
The template to be used for the financial offer requires only one hourly rate for the services provided. We suppose that this is the rate to be applied to the proposed staff (5 + 3 back up CVs). Can you please explain how we should present the rate for the Account Manager (role described in pages 2 & 3 of the ToR?

As mentioned in Section 9.2 Award Criterion: Price of the Terms of Reference, the “single hourly rate per consultant for the services to be provided during normal office hours shall include : (i) professional fees (ii) and fees related to the cost of the contract, of the quality control, and of the support staff and other ancillary expenses”. We are therefore not requesting tenderers to submit a rate for the Account Manager, but rather that the cost of managing the contract be included in the hourly rate of the consultants.
