Tender for supporting SMEs funded under SME Instrument phase 3
I would like to know more about the profile of the tenderer you are looking for: is it more interesting to present the tender in consortium or individually? can it be interesting a public-private partnership in the proposal? or it is more valued a transnational consortium?

Under article 101.1(g) of the Financial Regulation, economic operator means any natural or legal person, including a public entity, or a group of such persons, which offers to supply products, execute works or provide services or immovable property Any economic operator meeting the eligibility condition laid down in section 2.2. of the Tender Specifications may take part in the procurement procedure. The EASME has no preferred option. The profile to be adopted is the tenderer's decision.
