Consultation of unpublished studies in EFSA's premises
Unpublished studies will need to be consulted in EFSA's premises. Will the contractor be allowed to extract from them the required data and upload them in the database to be used in subsequent tasks? This database will be located in the contractor's PCs, hence outside EFSA's premises.

Yes, the contractor will be allowed to extract (and temporarily store for the subsequent tasks) data from the unpublished studies. As part of the procurement procedure, a confidentiality agreement will be made between EFSA and the tenderer.
