Range of indicators for the five key objectives of the strategy: How many indicators are required? Is one indicator per objective sufficient? Collection of data on each indicator for all Member States: What if information is not available?

Tenderers are invited to consult chapter 6 (pages 136 to 157) of the study "Sustainable competitiveness of the construction sector" carried out by Ecorys and all (see http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/sectors/construction/studies/sustainable-competitiveness_en.htm) in order to identify typical indicators which could be used for the monitoring and assessment purposes. It is recommended to use a range of indicators for these purposes. The collection of information could be based not only on quantitative methods but also on qualitative approaches, in particular when information is not available.
