In Section 2.4.1 of the tender specifications, it states that: Tenderers must have concluded at least three (3) similar contracts in the last three (3) years. Similar means the following: contracts for translation and proofreading services in all 24 EU official languages and the terminology required (legal and administrative), with an annual contractual amount of at least EUR 150 000,00 per contract; Our company has held several contracts worth more than that value over the last 3 years, though not for all 24 EU languages at the same time. However, we do regularly translate into and from all 24 EU languages as standard. Please could you let us know whether we would be excluded from the bid or not on this basis?

In addition, please treat the wording “concluded in the last three (3) years” as “are existing in the last three years”, meaning the similar contracts might be concluded also more than 3 years ago, but they were still valid in the last 3 years.
