Question
Should every one of these contracts include ALL 24 language combinations? or can we prove that we have several contracts covering the 24 language combinations? Thanks

In addition, please treat the wording “concluded in the last three (3) years” as “are existing in the last three years”, meaning the similar contracts might be concluded also more than 3 years ago, but they were still valid in the last 3 years.

According to the mentioned requirement (paragraph 2.4.1. of the Invitation to tender and tender specifications), the tenderer must prove that he has previous contracts covering all 24 EU official languages; however, it is allowed to have several languages in one contract and other languages in other contracts.
