European Leader Campaign&Competition
In the technical specifications there is outlined the goal of 100 registered projects on the platform www.europacasanoastra.ro My question is: All the 100 projects have to be already implemented or just designed? If they are not implemented, among them the jury will select the 8 finalist teams?

The goal of European Leader Competition is indeed 100 projects registered on the platform. The projects will be designed and implemented. The jury will follow the selection criteria when evaluating the projects.
