Drafting and layout guidelines (on page 16 of the Specifications). Can the Publications Office clarify what is the scope of services covered by the “layout”? Which one of the two following options is correct? a) The organization/structure of the content on the page b) The addition of graphical elements such as pictures, colours, illustrations, etc.
