ESMA does not have a fixed requirement in terms of bespoke courses and is interested in seeing the offer as regarding to the portfolio available.Some examples are given. The possible courses might be related to the daily work at ESMA (including but not limited to regulation and supervision of the financial markets, administration, dealing with local stakeholders and provider in Paris).
