Some examinations which are listed here are typically executed when there were previous findings. For example point 5.23 – 5.25 during the pre-employment examination, values FT4 (point 5.24) and FT3 (point 5.25) are only checked if TSH (point 5.23) is suspicious. Shall in the table (“Overview”) the maximum total price inclusive all possible additional examinations be mentioned or shall only be the basic price mentioned without these additional examinations – for example 5.24, execution of FT4 with high level of TSH?

The individual prices of all tests/exams listed in the table should be indicated to form the final cost for the purposes of the financial offer evaluation.
