In the case of a joint proposal from two companies, although in specified cases are submitted forms signed by each company, a signature powers of attorney for the leader is needed? Your choice, if no lead tenderer is nominated then each member of the group must sign the offer and the contract if awarded ( 2 signatures in your case ) or If you choose to nominate a leader to represent the group, the other member(s) must each sign a power of attorney authorising this representation . The signed powers of attorney must be included in the tender as well.
