Question
Following 4.2.2 f) of the Tender Specifications a detailed CV is only to be provided for the audit coordinator. So you do not request for CVs of the Lead Audit Partners who are responsible for audits in the Member States and Ass. Countries? A list which contents all the information (name, affiliation etc.)according to 4.2.2 f) is sufficient?

According to section 4.2.2 point f) of the Tender Specifications, tenderers provide the names, affiliation, relevant professional qualifications and experience of key management staff responsible for the performance of the service (i.e. the lead audit partner, the designated audit partners for each of the Member States and Associated Countries, and, where appropriate, senior managers in charge). The Tender Specification stresses out that evidence (a detailed CV) of professional experience of at least five years in the field of audits is required for the Audit Co-ordinator. Based on the above provisions, tenderers are required to describe inter alia the relevant professional qualifications and experience of key management staff as specified above. However, the Tender Specifications do not state that this information can only be provided in the form of a CV (except for the Audit Co-ordinator). The tenderers may thus choose any form in which the aforementioned information is presented.
