Choice of Topics
In 4.1. the tender states the following: The choice of topics will depend on the 2-years work programme of the Platform and political priorities. The exact planning of the activities will be defined in the annual work programme for the contractor. Does this imply that the topics which will be covered will be defined together with members of the Platform once it has been created and as part of the annual work program? How is it foreseen that the members of the platform shall participate in the definition of the topics?

The tenderer will work under the exclusive supervision of the Commission. Section 4.8. provides further details on the steering of the activities and the governance of the contract.
