Page 10 of 32 of the specifications states that: The site should also respect DG GROW's editorial guidelines and should be created in WCMS (Documentum) Our understanding is that Documentum is being phased out by the end of the year. Can you confirm this is the technology that you wish us to use?

It is correct to say that "Documentum" is phasing out. However, at the moment when the tender specifications were prepared, this information was not yet confirmed. The contractor will be asked to follow the guidelines of the IT service of the Commission which will be made available during the implementation of the project
