In the case equipment fails - and equipment is out of warranty - Who will pay for the spareparts needed for repairs?

In such case where the faulty equipment is out of warranty, the EEA will decide on the basis of a quote for the repair whether to repair or replace the item and pay the related costs (see point 1.5 of annex 7 to the tender specifications).
