Question	Referring to the requirement at the bottom of p17 of the ToR, are you willing to reduce the limit with 10% to 270kEUR? "Similar" projects in the fields your request are typically much smaller so the 300kEUR limit is relatively high.
Answer	27/05/2016 Please be informed that the threshold will not be changed as it represents less than 25% of the designated budget for this tender.
