The Terms of Reference mention an "Appendix VI" (not Annex 6) several times - always in reference to the team members (e.g. "Evaluation will be based on a description outlining how the proposed team members will be allocated to the different topics outlined in Appendix VI and what their roles will be in each of the assignment.") What is this "Appendix VI"?

Appendix VI in the Terms of Reference should read Annex 12 (CV Template). Tenders shall be evaluated on the role of proposed team members for the appropriate Lot and the relevant services described therein.
