Question
What exactly is meant by 1.5.3 b any other expenses provided for in the tender specification? Please confirm that these do not include third party costs and official fees. Does this include for example the official (filing, examination, granting, …) fees to be paid to the IPOs?

Article 1.5.3 b) of the draft FWC covers all expenses necessary for the provision of services not included in point a) travel, subsistence, accommodation and shipment expenses, including third party costs, official fees, etc. (see in this respect point 3, ordering procedure, and 4, payment, of the technical specifications). The statement in the abovementioned article indicating that the "total value of expenses may not exceed: EUR 120 000,0 ..." refers to point a) only, and a clarification in this respect will be made. Please note in this respect that, as indicated in point 3 of the technical specifications, official fees and other costs that may be encountered during service delivery but are outside of the control of the contractor shall be reimbursed on presentation of the invoice (where applicable) and supporting documentation. Such costs shall be detailed and approved as eligible by the contracting authority prior to signature of the relevant specific contract.
