How can we get this sample? How to send you the samples formular mandatory for the lab entrance?

As stated under article 2.5 of the administrative annex the test material will be provided by JRC-IRMM upon request of the tenderer sent to the e-mail address JRC-IRMM-PROCUREMENT@ec.europa.eu. Due to stability the test material is not prepared in advance but when a request for it has been received. It will be shipped to all the tenderers who have requested it so far in a short while. What is meant under samples formula mandatory for the lab entrance is unclear as according to the tender specifications no mandatory formula for lab entrance is required. All the requirements for the structure and content of the tender are however listed in chapter 3 of the Administrative Annex (Tender specifications – Part 1).
