Section 2.6.2 Evaluation of professional and technical capacity – PARF acceptance
Question
In Section 2.6.2 of the Tender specifications it is stated that “in order to be accepted a PARF must include: (…) At least 500 man-days, altogether, of evolution or consultancy services;” and that the accepted PARFs altogether should cover 1600 man-days of evolution services and 350 man-days of consultancy services. Question: In the table included in the bottom of table in page 1/3 of the Annex 10 - PARF form, there is only one row where the Tenderer may provide details of the effort relevant to a PARF. This row only includes the effort by the TEC-CONS profile. We understand that the number of evolution or consultancy services should be stated on page 2 of 3, next to S1 and S3. Please confirm.

The number of evolution or consultancy services should be stated on page 2 of 3 under description. Moreover, boxes should be ticked accordingly under "This PARF demonstrates provision of the following services".
