Contract of Employment
In the UK, ABC does not hire temporary/contract workers on contracts of employment (i.e. on a PAYE basis) – the company engages workers through their limited liability/personal service or umbrella company. To comply with the requirement for an employer/employee relationship, therefore, workers would need to be employed by one of our preferred payroll/umbrella company partners. Could you confirm if this solution is acceptable?

To comply with the technical specifications, tenderers must provide a written confirmation of acceptance of the Swedish derogation as provided in Regulation 10 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 No 93 (Section 3.2 of the technical specifications). Tenderers are responsible to organise compliance with this requirement.
