Question	We are interested in submitting a proposal. Given the complexity of the tender, in order to meet the quality standards, would you consider extending the submission deadline by 2 weeks to prepare it thoroughly. Thank you.
Answer	15/07/2016 The tender has been published on the 4th June 2016 which allowed the interested parties 49 days to prepare a proposal. We cannot extend the deadline.
