Economic and financial capacity (F1), Technical and professional capacity (T1)
1) For criterion F1, is it possible to combine turnover of our current company (founded as Ltd. in spring 2015) with the contract income/turnover from us as individual experts and under a self-employed micro company of single propritiorship from 2014 and 2015? The experts / micro-company staff are jointly identical to the staff of the current Ltd. and the domain of work as well. 2) Analogously, can the criterion T1 be met by projects implemented by the staff of the current Ltd., but before formation and as self-employed expert / micro-company?

1) The contract income/turnover of staff before formation of the current company and as self-employed expert/micro-company is not eligible for criterion F1. The tenderer should prove the economic and financial capacity by profit and loss accounts for the past year and a business plan for the current year. 2) No. The criterion T1 cannot be met by projects carried out by staff before the formation of the current company.
