Annex 6.2 Draft Framework Contract, Clause II.24.3, Page 34, Checks and Audits.
Could the contracting authority please consider adding the following provision as the last sentence to Clause II.24.3: “The contractor shall not be required to provide access to any data, information or records either in explicit or aggregate form regarding the activity of any of its other customers.”?

Note that the provision you are referring to is a provision of the general conditions and cannot be amended. The general conditions are in line with the Financial Regulation to the general budget of the Union.
