Question
Is the requirement for liability insurance to cover damage up to EUR 500 million in the 2nd paragraph only relevant to aircraft operators as opposed to air charter brokers and freight forwarders? Air charter brokers and freight forwarders will be able to obtain the necessary insurance certificates from aircraft operators to confirm this level of cover is in place together with a valid Air Operators Certificate before commencement of each task.
