Question	Can we implied that the Warsaw convention won't be applied in this tender? since the liability is to amount up to three times the total amount of the relevant specific contract. Regards
Answer	01/08/2016 Unless specifically defined in specific points of the techinical specifications, the Warsaw and/or Montreal Convention are applicable.
