e-submission portal issues
Question
There seems to be issues with the e-submission portal. We are having difficulties with the portal espeically in terms of party names. Even though we create a new party, the portal bugs and has the same name for all parties (even though they are different upon verification). Furthermore, even though we are continuously uploading documents, with no pauses inbetween, it reports a problem and automatically logs us out 'due to inactivity'. This has been happening now for the past 3 business days. Could you kindly confirm what the problem is and who we might contact to remedy this problem so that we can ensure a complete proposal upon Monday's deadline?
