Considering the amount of deliverables and tasks, and the amount of expected travel and event costs, also in relation to the answers to some of the questions above - will DG SANTÉ consider to extend the timeline of the project (or at least the deadlines of D2 and D3) and the available budget?

The timeline of the project will not be extended. Deadlines for deliverable D2 and D3 will not be extended. The available budget remains as defined in the procurement documents.
