It seems that "Annex I Tender specifications Part 2" (English) in Document Library section has not been updated to the Version of 11.08.2016 while French document seem to be an updated Version of 11.08.2016 but in English. Could you please check it?

We confirm you that the updated English version was published in the document library on 11.08.2016. Due to a technical issue the language code indicated was FR. The same technical issue occurred for the document " Appendix B prices" and the "Annex I Tender specifications Part 1- Administrative Annex_corrigendum 04.08.2016" version of 04.08.2016 were the language code indicated was BG.
