The tender is focused on Small and Medium RPAS. How do you define each category? In term of weight, size...?

The establishment of the framework and the analysis required in the EORF Project is thought to be adequate for small and medium RPAS in very broad terms, where the market is understood to allow for economies of scale and dual use advantages. In the case of bigger size/weight RPAS, the market and duality character seems not to be so advantageous. These considerations should not be taken as a restriction as far as the operation criteria of the proposed size RPAS are considered in the proposal. The tenderer should select the taxonomy more adequate for the aim of the project.
