Annex IV of the draft framework contract
Question
The CA requests the tenderer to accept the EC Licensing Terms by returning Annex IV of the draft framework agreement duly dated and signed. Is it possible to introduce a sensor-specific exception to the EC Licensing Terms (i.e. restrictions to the terms and conditions for SRS data from e.g. one particular sensor) while maintaining overall compliance with the EC Licensing Terms for SRS data from other sensors? If so, how can such exception be introduced?

As indicated in the invitation to tender, point 6. ”Submission of a tender implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documents“.
