Tender specifications part 4.2.2 and 4.2.3
In the tender specifications part 4.2.2 and 4.2.3, it is mentioned that the contractor has 10 working days to draw up a specific tender once the Publications Office launch a request for services. Once the specific tender is accepted, Publications office send an order to the contract. Planning of the study and allocation of resources can be difficult in such a narrow time frame. So we might need some more input for the project management. Could you please indicate if the consortium will be informed up front about the different request of services? Will there be a draft planning of the different requests at the beginning of the FWC? What will be the time between the acceptance of the specific tender and the actual beginning of the work. 1. The contractor will not be informed up front about new requests for service. 2. No. 3. As indicated in Article I.4.2. of the Draft contract the period for the provision of the services starts to run from the date on which the order form is signed by the last party.
