Question
The tender specifications mention two important EDA reference documents for the study: the "EDA Cyber Defence Reference Architecture" documentation and the "CySAP Common Staff Requirements" documentation. These are an important basis for the preparation of the tenders. Is it possible to provide these two documents to the tenderers for the purpose of tender preparations?

In response to your request please note that neither the EDA Cyber Defence Architecture nor the CySAP Common Staff Requirements are necessary for either the understanding of the terms of the call for tender nor for the drafting of tenders “. These 2 documents will be communicated to the contractor in the frame of the execution of the entrusted contractual tasks.
