In part 2, point 6.1, is indicated that price must be unit costs inclusive all expenses (fees, overheads, travel and subsistence). In “ANNEX 2 – Financial offer template - Model for Calculation of Prices in specific requests” is indicated that Price per man-day should include all types of fees, and overheads. Please confirm that travel and subsistence should be referred as a “type of fees” and included in the price per man-day.
