Question	Please can you confirm whether expenditure verification costs are reimbursable under this contract and whether these are included within the incidental expenditure budget line.
Answer	20/09/2016 In line with Article 28 of Annex B – 'Draft contract and special conditions' of the tender dossier, no expenditure verification report for this contract is foreseen. As a general rule, expenditure verification costs fall under reimbursable expenditure.
