Regarding the development of online tools and systems to be delivered under 4.3.1a) - Evaluation advisory and other related services, could you detail the list of the “existing software authorised by DIGIT” that we should use for the service?

The key software/tools to be used for the delivery of the ESS services currently are: Cap4DeV and EVAL MOD. All MS office packages, Outlook, Confluence are also authorised by DIGIT.
