TUPE
It is understood that the EDA Helicopter Programmes have been running for a few years now. Is there a group of personnel already employed to undertake this contract? If so is TUPE an option and would it be possible to have a list of their qualifications in order to cross reference against the qualification requirements in the ITT?

“It is for tenderers to assess whether the TUPE is applicable or not. The tasks executed under the ongoing contract are performed by persons contracted by the present contractor, namely Alpha Aviations Ltd. The information regarding the possible number and roles of relevant persons contracted by the present contractor is not available to EDA. Please be reassured that the technical specifications, as contained in the ITT, provide sufficiently detailed information to enable any economic operators to draft sufficiently precise tenders”
