Dear Madame, Sir, Having transient signals monitoring is mandatory ? Will a quotation be rejected if it is not compliant to one of the minimal technical requirements? see Minimum technical requirements: 4.2. Possibility for online-coupling of Chromatographic apparatus 4.4. The software must offer the possibility to acquire time resolved data originating from chromatographic apparatus

In case an offered instrument does not comply with all the technical requirements, the tenders will indeed be disregarded; As there might be a misinterpretation of the minimum technical requirement 4.4. "The software must offer the possibility to acquire time resolved data originating from chromatographic apparatus", we would like to clarify that under this requirement the following is meant: The software has to be able to provide series of time-resolved intensity measurements from the ICP-OES, and report these as a data file that can be read by Microsoft Excel.
