Could you confirm that the curriculum vitae must not be provided at this stage of the procedure, but only in case of award ?

As specified in the administrative provisions (point 14), no documents are required at this stage of the procedure. Tenderers shall provide a statement on honour in their tender in which they undertake only to use staff on site who comply with the requisite conditions. These conditions also apply in the case of a takeover of the previous Contractor’s staff. The successful tenderer shall present, after signing the contract, the list of staff it will use on site along with all the requisite supporting documentation.
