Subject	TED eTendering system access issues
Question	Despite several attempts to submit questions related to this tender, access to the TED eTendering system has not been possible in the period 13-18 October. The TED helpdesk has confirmed this access issue related to ECAS login has taken place during this 6 day period. Due to the impact this has had on timely access for question submission and replies, a corresponding 6 days extension to the bid deadline is requested.
