Submission of tenders
Could you please let me know how many hard-copies of tender documents should be mailed to you? Could you please specify if an electronic version of the tender should be submitted, too?

As indicated in point 3 of the Invitation to tender: "You must submit your tender on paper, in one original and two copies. In addition, to facilitate the processing of your tender by the Agency, you must also provide an electronic version of the technical tender in pdf format on a CD-ROM." - Please clearly indicate which of the three paper copies is the original. - Concerning the pdf version, it should include at least "Part D: Technical tender", and ideally also all other documents EXCEPT THE FINANCIAL TENDER.
