Methodology for Evaluation
To whom it concerns: I have a question regarding a requirement on P.8 of the tender document. It requests 'a proposal (not exceeding 1 A4 page) for the methodology to be used in evaluating the impact of the activities carried out by the Commission in Ireland.' Is this methodology for: 1. The activities carried out by the Commission in general 2. The activities we will carry out on behalf of the Commission, if awarded the contract 3. The activities we propose in our sample action plan on the Juncker Investment Plan I would appreciate it if you could advise which of the above it is. Many thanks

Dear Tenderer, We acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and, in reply to your question, we would like to inform you that tenderers are invited to present both a sample action strategy on the Juncker Investment Plan and a proposed methodology for evaluation of the activities which would be the subject of the contract as specified in point 2 of the Invitation to this tender. The two case studies are not linked. In particular, regarding the methodology for evaluation, the proposal should refer to the activities carried out by the European Commission Representation in Ireland.
