On the task 5, who will cover the costs of the dissemination activities ( e.g. Participation to an event, printing of material, publication in scientific review?) Is it to be included under the contractor budget?

The implementation of the dissemination campaign falls under the responsibility of the Project Groups. The contractor will have to include in the offer the value of its services for assisting the Project Groups with the implementation, as described in the Tender specifications Section 2.4. Task 5.
