On page 12 of the tender specifications, it stipulates that “costs related to the following activities and items must be borne by the contractor and included in the price […] Financing the travel and accommodation expenses for maximum 10 speakers and participants." Please could you clarify if this means that the successful contractor will be expected to bear the costs of 1) a total of 10 speakers and participants or 2) 10 speakers as well as the participants (of up to maximum 100 people)?

This provision is to be understood that the successful contractor should bear the costs of a maximum of 10 speakers and/or participants, if this is needed.
