3. for the polos and t-shirt, you mention the printing of the full color conference logo, where would you like to have this logo? small in front side or big in the back side? 4. In the illustrative task you mention: the cotton lanyards with plastic snap clasp and 1 color logo as in the financial offer annex 3 you speak about a organic cotton lanyard with 2 colors logo is this the same lanyard? if yes, could you please confirm the right description? 5. for the conference program, could you please confirm this is 1 sheet printed on both sides = 2 pages recto verso? 6. is the hand held bag from the illustrative task the same bag as the conference bag from the financial offer annex 3? 7. for the hand held bag in the illustrative task, you speak about a imprint of 2 logos 1 color, but the conference visual identity seems in full color, could you please confirm which logo we have to use?

Regarding 3:It is up to the tenderer to make a suggestion. Regarding 4: Both are correct as the items are not related. Regarding 5: Correct. Regarding 6: Yes. Regarding 7: As stated on page 39, for the purpose of budget quotation, the tender should assume printing of the logos in one colour only.
