Conditions for participation (I) Economic and financial ability
In the section (I) economic and financial ability, it is stated that "for each of the previous 3 financial years, the tenderer must provide proof of specific turnover (in the domain of BCP consultancy services) of a minimum of EUR 100 000 per year". Is this condition mandatory and will automatically discard the ITT responses which cannot meet this condition, or is it a non mandatory condition which, if not met, will only downgrade the ITT responses grading? Thanks.

"The conditions for participation defined under article B.5.3.b), points (i) and (ii) of the Tender Specifications are mandatory. Tenderers must prove that they meet the economic, financial and technical ability requirements to perform the services set out in this call for tenders. The contracting authority reserves the right to discard tenders which do not comply with the selection criteria or if an element is not answered."
