Kindly advise what kind of document is that and if a Letter from the board of directors is accepted for this purpose as the company's bylaws filed in the Companies House mentions such services are part of the company's activities .

A common evidence that the company is authorised to perform the contract under the national law and it is established as a recognised legal entity would normally be an excerpt from the relevant national registry of the country or an excerpt from the registration in a relevant professional or trade register, or similar, depending on the practice in the country of registration. Only such documents issued by the public authorities/officially recognisable bodies will be accepted. A letter from the board of directors does not fulfil this requirement.
